筆　　者：　私は、これまでに、トータルで10年は海外で過ごして来た経験がある。その視点から云えば、住んだ国々のすべてで税金を納めて来たが、参政権を与えよ、という要求は一度もしたことが無い。その国々の主権に関わることであるし、外国人の1人として、そのような発想におよんだことはないが。

筆　　者：　差別？　実経験から事実を語ることが、なぜ、差別なのだろうか？

韓国籍者：　話している意味が判らない。在日韓国人に地方参政権すら与えないのは、差別じゃないのか？

筆　　者：　では、お伺いするが、あなたは日本人か？

韓国籍者：　日本人じゃない。在日韓国人だ。

筆　　者：　在日韓国人ということは、在日アメリカ人や在日ドイツ人と同じく、日本では外国籍者であって、日本人とは、区別すべき立場にあるはずだ。

韓国籍者：　われわれの苦しみを知らずに、よく云うよ、あんたは。

筆　　者：　苦しみ？　どのような？

韓国籍者：　強制的に連れてこられて、祖国に帰りたくても帰れない。差別を受けながら日本で生きて来たんだ。

筆　　者：　失礼だが、お年は？

韓国籍者：　59だ。この年になるまで、散々苦労して来たんだ。

筆　　者：　御寿59歳といえば、1949年か、50年頃のお生まれか？

韓国籍者：　1950年だ。日本に来たのが14の時だ。まだ子供だった。可哀相だと思わないのかよ。

筆　　者：14歳とおっしゃると、1964年頃か。東京五輪があった頃かと思う。その年に強制連行で日本に連れて来られた、と云われるのか？

韓国籍者：　莫迦野郎。おまえみたいな若造に何が判る。
